Personal Safety Seminars
Every month we offer a 2-3 hour personal safety seminar on different topics. These seminars are a combination of interactive lecture and physical skills to learn and practice. They cover the basics of how violent crimes happens and situational awareness so we can avoid being a target. They also include how to manage fear and develop a winning mindset, tactical strategy to escape and avoid, and universal blocks and strikes to defend ourselves in situations where we must protect ourselves. These seminars are ideal for those who aren't able to commit to regular Krav Maga lessons or who want to learn how to protect themselves in specific situations. An individual is welcome to take one or all of these seminars!
